Vivian Johnson was the neighbor of Ash Williams while he was living in the Mossy Haven Trailer Park, who he frequently abused their friendship to get his trailer cleaned. When Vivian became possessed by the Kandarian Demon, she became a Deadite. Vivian is slayed when Ash manages to catch his chainsaw in mid-air and decapitates her. Her only appearance was in El Jefe, where she was portrayed by Sian Davis.

- In the original script for the pilot episode for Ash Vs. Evil Dead, "Ms. Johnson" was the aunt of Kelly.
- Deadite Vivian was one of the monsters featured in the Ash Vs. Evil Dead themed-maze in the 2017 Halloween Horror Nights event at Universal Studios Hollywood and Orlando.
