Mrs. Lam was an inhabitant of Elk Grove who worked at the town's Cyrobank. She first appeared in Ash vs Evil Dead Season Three, and was portrayed by Helene Wong.

Ash goes to the Cyrobank where he is greeted by mrs. Lam who asks after his father. According to Lam he had very good seed, but unfortunatly it could not be used due to syfillis. As Mrs. Lam leaves, Ash tries to find out if he’s had any other offspring. He is able to persuade Marcie, who works at the Cyrobank to find out. In the meantime Ash takes a magazine to a booth. Suddenly the Kandarian Demon enters the bank and possesses Mrs. Lam. The Possessed Lam kills Marcie, while Ash fights a magazine that came to life while he was masturbating. He kills Lam by freezing her with nitroglycerin and smashes the magazine.
